Nupur Marwaha is an associate at Buchholz, Harris, Levine & Brennan, P.C.’s San Diego office. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice defense, healthcare litigation, general liability, and premises liability matters. Ms. Marwaha approaches her practice with careful attention to detail and a commitment to providing thoughtful, practical, and responsive advocacy.

Born and raised in India, Ms. Marwaha moved to the United States at the age of sixteen. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine, before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law.

During law school, Ms. Marwaha was selected as a San Diego County Bar Association Diversity Fellow and served as an Associate Editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. She was also a recipient of the Law Honors Scholarship and served as a peer mentor for incoming law students.

Outside the office, Ms. Marwaha enjoys creative pursuits including dance, cooking, painting and drawing. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two cats.
