Daria represents hospitals, healthcare providers, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation matters. She is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal disputes with confidence and clarity while providing thoughtful and strategic advocacy. Daria takes pride in supporting those who serve their communities through healthcare and understands the significant professional and personal impact that litigation can have on medical providers.

Daria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with a minor in Political Science from Arizona State University before pursuing a career in law. Her educational background provided a strong foundation in communication, organization, and advocacy, skills she now applies in representing healthcare providers and institutions.

Daria received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. Prior to joining Buchholz, Harris, Levine & Brennan, P.C., she practiced civil litigation, representing public entities and school districts in a variety of matters, including employment disputes, personal injury claims, premises liability actions, and discrimination cases. Through this experience, she managed all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy.

Daria is known for her attention to detail, practical approach to problem-solving, and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. She values building strong client relationships and guiding clients through complex legal issues with professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment.

Outside of her legal practice, Daria enjoys traveling, cooking meals from different cultures, playing volleyball, and spending time with her English bulldog Kahleessi.
