Mr. Gudino is an associate at Buchholz, Harris, Levine & Brennan, P.C. He focuses his practice on the defense of healthcare professionals, hospitals, and hospital employees in medical malpractice and general liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gudino litigated complex consumer class actions on the plaintiff’s side. He now draws on that experience to anticipate opposing strategies and provide a proactive defense for his clients.
Mr. Gudino earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as an editor for the San Diego International Law Journal. During law school, he was a judicial extern for the California Court of Appeal and received the CALI and Witkin awards for academic excellence. Following law school, Mr. Gudino served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court for the Northern Mariana Islands.
In his free time, Mr. Gudino enjoys exploring San Diego’s parks and trails with his family.
