Ms. Wu defends healthcare professionals and institutions in high-exposure medical malpractice, elder abuse, and professional licensing matters, including state and federal actions. She manages all phases of complex litigation – pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and mediations – providing strategic, resolution-focused advocacy for clients and carriers.

Ms. Wu also has experience defending uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, construction defects, environmental, premise liability, and general liability disputes. She is committed to protecting client interests through disciplined case preparation and pragmatic settlement strategy.
